Jueves. A punto de cerrar la semana. El tiempo también pasa en Pangbourne.
Con un calor de la muerte. Pero no el suficiente para minorar la actividad de nuestros Tesoros. Solo fue la Paella de chorizo y costillas de medio día, lo que les frenó en seco. Siempre fueron malas las imitaciones. 🙂
Tras el lunch, «cada mochuelo a su olivo». Los respectivos talleres les esperaban y hubo de ultimar preparativos para la presentación que tendrán mañana.
Nuestra rutina marcaba combinar el plan académico con las actividades deportivas y Lars, Alex y Asier marcharon a jugar al fútbol mientras Helena jugaba al balón prisionero y Pablo se daba un chapuzón en la estupenda piscina del campus. Para combatir la ola de calor, cerramos la jornada con el juego de atrapa la bandera utilizando pistolas de agua y de alguna manera, remediando el calor imperante del día. Como el fuego.
El Broche de Oro del día ha sido el Desfile de Modelos, todos los conjuntos basados en moda sostenible y donde se dio juego a la creatividad, a una concienciación ecológica y a lo mejor…descubrir alguna vocación potencial entre los Tesoros.
Día completo, contentos pero también algo tristes por la marcha de Lars pasado mañana. El tiempo se nos escapa.

Thursday. Almost closing the week. Times also flies in Pangbourne.
So much heat we thought we would die! But not enough to cause a negative impact in our levels of participation during our activities. Nothing stopped us. Maybe just the Chorizo Paella cooked for lunch. Second versions were never good…and that was the case. Oh my God!
Right after lunch, each of them joined their respective workshops. Final preparation since Presentations will take place tomorrow. Getting ready. YES!
As our routine dictates, we combined the academic part of the programme with sports. Therefore Lars, Alex y Asier went for football, Helena chose dodge ball and Pablo went into the wonderful outdoor swimming pool in campus. In order to manage the heat wave, we joined the game «Capture the Flag» + water guns and to some point, we combatted the high temperatures. High as lava flow.
The grand finale of the day was the Fashion show. All outfits were maded of sustainable materials, therefore creativity was combined with a sense of responsability towards the environment and who knows…some talented vocation for the future.
Full day, happy but also a bit sad for Lar´s departure on Saturday. Time is running.
